Shepard Lane Environmental Assessment (EA) is now complete.

The Utah Department of Transportation has completed its environmental assessment to evaluate a potential new interchange at
I‐15 and Shepard Lane. The project is intended to improve access and mobility for drivers in the area and alleviate congestion from Park Lane Interchange.

The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this

project are being or have been carried out by UDOT pursuant to 23 USC 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding

dated January 17, 2017, and executed by FHWA and UDOT.
